Underground Headquarters Build One

ADDITIONS:

-Terrain has been built, including:

 --Several high plateaus (where buildings are resting, one is currently empty)

 --Deep ravine (boundary, hazard)

 --Stalagmites (serving as boundaries and decoration)

 --Bumpy areas for plateau floors (where accessible), flat areas for building floors

-Platforms have been added (be aware that falling off a platform will not reset the area. You will need to refresh the game.)

-Three buildings have been built, with interior

-Cave textures have been applied

-Building textures (metal walls, rusted roof, and metal floor) have been implemented

-Crusher Model Placeholder has been added (along with a texture) (non-functional)

-Checkpoint placeholders have been added (green spheres) (non-functional)

-Lights have been added in the buildings (no model for light source yet)

-Barrels have been added for decoration

-Water has been implemented at the bottom of the ravine

-Fog has been implemented to give a dark feel to the cavern

-Added the (temporary) Unity-built 3rd person controller to allow for player control to view the area

 

PLANNED ADDITIONS:

-Implementation of checkpoint functionality, permitting player to return to a certain location if they lose all of their health (THIS IS HIGHEST PRIORITY)

-Code to make the player lose all their health if they fall into the ravine (and return to a checkpoint already reached) (THIS IS HIGHEST PRIORITY)

-Implement Time Traveler character model

-Implement Time Machine Model

-More decorations (crates, more barrels, rocks, machinery, etc.)

-Polish to terrain (more stalagmites, more viewable areas, etc.)

-Functionality for Crushers (to move back and forth, functionality to remove player’s health will come later)

-Add final building to empty plateau

-Add wrecking ball/crane and implement code to make it rotate around the plateau

-Add model to accompany light sources
